Experttours.ro website allows you to search, book and pay by the online payment system while expert-business-travel.com provides you with some insigths of our activity. Furthermore we have implemented ondemand taillored services that can be paied upon agreemed either via wire transfer or via personilized credit card payment links providd by our bank.

Expert Tours acts as an AgentExpert Tours acts as an agent for third party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies and others (hereinafter referred to as “Tourism Service Provider”). Expert Tours will not be held liable for the products and services offered by tourism service providers and does not guarantee in any way (either explicitly or implicitly) the accuracy or quality of the products and services featured on the Website.

VI. Reservation policyAny booking/reservation made via one of our websites or via email will be considered an intention to purchase a certain touristic product or service. If your request is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Expert Tours and as a result this agreement will come into force. All tourism and travel-related services published on our websites are subject to availability by the Tourism Service Providers. The Terms and Conditions of the Tourism Service Provider (including passenger transport regulations imposed by the airlines) will additionally apply to the Terms and Conditions of this Website. The Tourism Service Provider terms and conditions may include provisions relating to payment procedures, liability, cancellation, booking changes and refund (if any) or any other restrictions. All reservations are subject to availability. Expert Tours undertakes to send the User a written confirmation or a refusal within 48 hours after registering the reservation. If the payment is delayed, Expert Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Expert Tours reserves the right to modify the travel conditions, whenever independent events happen, which will not affect the confirmed standard of the services provided. Expert Tours shall notify the User in writing and obtain the User’s mandatory agreement concerning these changes before the arrival date. After the full payment, Expert Tours shall send the User all the travel-related documents within 48 hours.
VII. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Materials and Information on the WebsiteThe copyright, intellectual property rights and website content belong to Expert Tours. The Material contained on our websites is the property of Expert Tours or its affiliates, unless it is recognized as belonging to other third parties.
